Are your products new or used? All products on MsOracle.com are 100% brand new, authenticated luxury goods. We do not sell used or pre-owned items. Every piece is sourced directly from brands, licensees, or official distributors.

Are your products authentic? Absolutely. Every item sold on MsOracle.com is 100% authentic. Our fulfillment partner purchases stock directly from the brands and holds full documentation to verify authenticity. Each product arrives in its original packaging with original tags attached.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the product, the tag, and the issue. We will review your case and provide a prepaid return label if the issue is confirmed. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

How do exchanges work? We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, place a new order for the correct item or size, then submit a return request for the original order. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.
